Gewürztraminer 2007

A light, fresh tasting wine with a hint of grapefruit and white rose petals. Its racy acidity compliments spicy Asian foods and sushi. A house favorite.

Gewürztraminer 2008

A refreshing, light bodied wine, with more than a hint of white grapefruit and a tang of citrus zest – a perfect match for curried foods, Thai and Indonesian cuisine.

Gewürztraminer 2009 NEW RELEASE

Heady, aromatic and light body. Elements of rose petal, gardenia, honeysuckle with lychee, peach and mango coupled with a spicy perfume, make it an excellent pairing for fresh fruit, cheeses, simple fish and chicken dishes, oriental five spcie or even curry.

Pinot Gris 2006 – End of Vintage SOLD OUT!

A refreshing Pinot Gris with ripe apple and pear characteristics. This medium bodied white offers added complexity. Serve with white meats and cheeses.

Pinot Gris 2007

Incredibly crisp and refreshing, with a smooth, clean finish. This Pinot Gris features aromas of white grapefruit with a hint of honeydew melon. This dry white pairs wonderfully with chicken, or any white fish.

Pinot Gris 2008

A fresh wine that expresses itself with an intense infusion of wild grapefruits, citrus, melon and a touch of white gooseberry. A compliment with many culinary delights, mild and wild.

Pinot Gris 2009 - VQA NEW RELEASE

Intense aromas, flavour and weight. Crisp acidity and lovely aroma of pear, apple and melon with citrus notes. Its full body and rounder fruit characteristics complement wonderfully chicken, fish, both mild and spicy.

Our white house wine – a blend of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris dessert wine. A beautiful pale straw color, with aromas of honey suckles, fresh fruits (melon, pear, peach and green apple) along with delicate flavours of rose water. Enjoy with any food or on the deck.

Chardonnay 2008 NEW RELEASE

Limited Artist Series - This Card rivals the realm of the world's most popular white wine. Crisp, fruity, rich with apple, citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavors. Barreled in French white oak, it imparts toasty, buttery characteristics to both flavor and aroma. Pair with simply prepared seafood and poultry dishes.

Eye Candy - 2009 Viognier NEW RELEASE

Limited Artist Series - Tastes like candy!! Fresh and striking aroma, with hints of orange blossom, accacia, apricot, mango and white peach spiced with anise and mint. Match with spicy oriental sitr-fries, curry, especially Thai style made with coconut milk. For cheese lovers, pair with old European cheeses with strong pungent aromas. Be sure to ask about the story behind this one!

Rosa 2008

A blend of Merlot, Gewürztraminer, and Ice Wine, our 2008 release is genuinely a complement to relaxation and light appetizers. A wonderful addition to rack of lamb, turkey and other lightly spiced cuisine on your patio barbeque.

Merlot 2006 – VQA

Limited Artist Series – Beautifully aged, the black cherry, black currant and plum flavours are well pronounced in this American oaked red. A wonderful pairing with hearty BBQ-d steak or ribs.

Merlot 2007 - VQA NEW RELEASE GOLD AWARD AND BEST OF SHOW RED

Limited Artist Series - This is our Premier Edition, featuring the artwork of on of our Bonitas, Teira. It is wonderfully aromatic with strong black cherry, black currant and plum. These follow through to the palate with hints of pepper. A favourite with Spanish cuisine, pastas and BBQ'd steak or ribs. American Oak aged, a great candidate for your cellar.

Pinot Noir 2007 – VQA BRONZE AWARD

Limited Artist Series – natural acidity with long ripe cherry, chocolate flavours and fruit tannins. French Oak barrel aging (18 months), a full bodied Pinot Noir. Perfect with dark chocolate!
